DAWKINS PUBLICLY SPANKED!!! Who Designed the Designer?

---The fact that we are here because this environment is the only place we could exist, was never meant as a proof against a designer, it simply negates certain questions of 'perfect placement'. The question of whether evolution explains the existence of life is ridiculous. It doesn't, and was never meant to. That is Abiogenesis. He's quoting 'John' to prove that the god is eternal... Ok. I can quote Lewis Carrol to prove that the Cheshire Cat can disappear. So what?

I love the fact that the uploader is stating that Dawkins was 'spanked' by this idiot. Isn't it funny how we don't hear Dawkins rebuttal?

5 questions for atheists

---I'm only answering one because I have a big mouth and tend to be quite wordy... Also I am too lazy to go back and take notes. The kid seems honest enough. He allowed comments, and seems to be seeking answers... though this was a few years ago.

More of a problem, Christianity or Christians... Christians. As we know from the vast amount of sects Christianity has, it can be manipulated to suit the needs of anyone. Though, in general, it has it's problems (The allowance of evil for one), but all can be maintained. Christians on the other hand, though diverse, follow an ever narrowing creed.

I come from a family of Born Agains. I have studied the way they act in different areas of their lives. Once anything even hints at changing one of their views, their entire personality changes. They become headstrong and defiant. What is worse, they will immediately call you a deviant for not believing as they do on any number of subjects. The fact that you are an Atheist means you are automatically wrong.

I do not worship the devil (or believe in one for that matter), nor am I trying to form a cult that opposes the Christian god. In fact, I don't oppose theism at all for the most part. I appose the details. I hate that people that know nothing of evolution are trying to get it replaced by mythology. I hate that a number of my friends can't get married legally because some piece of trash is pissing on the constitution. No good can come from religion in the end. It's a bane on civilization

Christianty: The Good The Bad And The Oblivious

---This is a conversation between me and a coworker about Christianity in general

Minister becomes an atheist The Atheist Experience #627

---Horrific audio, by the way... I've never seen this clip. I loved it. At first I thought for sure that guy was a Poe, but in the end he seemed legit. It's a wonderful thing to hear that a good person is no longer challenged by barbaric beliefs. Now he can live his life to the fullest. He can live, love, and learn to his heart's content. Few people, especially in America or some 3rd world countries, can claim that freedom. Who knows, maybe he will make is own AE show.

William Lane Craig and Christopher Hitchens (HQ)

Craig is so full of it his eyes are brown. As for the idea that a reason for living can be an imaginary god,... it's ludicrous. People live for their loved ones, and themselves, and to see the future, and learn everything they can take in. That is life. Praying to an invisible djinn is not life, it is sickness.

Christians Should Control Government - Michele Bachmann & Dominionism

---Although I'd have denied it as nonsense some years ago, I think the church is actually succeeding in taking over the US. I also think that there will be nowhere to hide if it becomes complete. Just imagine Bachmann having access to 'the button'...

Once the Right takes over, America completely, what's to stop them from taking out other countries one by one, by order of preference? How many people reading this recall how well W listened to the U.N.?

Atheism a Militant and Bigoted Ideology? Bill Maher Demonstrates

-- Comment pending approval. We all know what that means. So... here was my comment.

Ok, Christianity tends to kill more people than it 'helps', leaves others miserable, and pretty much causes some sort of chaos everywhere on this planet. That woman has a problem understanding the word deluded. It means prone to fantasy, not stupid. Theists are not stupid, but they are deluded. Atheism doesn't make people angry. Seeing religion for what it really is makes us angry.

The Truth About War With Iran -- M.O.C. #102

Resurrection: Was Jesus A Twin?

---What's the harm? Well... If IDers and Creationists (same damn thing) get their way, ID will be taught in every school, and eventually replace evolution entirely (If their plans go exactly right). This means that, if you live in America in 50 or so years, you may have no real doctors, and no one with any real concept of medicine. How would you like to go to a 'doctor', find out you have cancer, and get prescribed St Johns Wort? Think about that... really really hard...

Crazy Caller #26 - Do You Believe In Leprechauns? - Atheist Experience 405

---That caller sounds like the parodies from In Living Color. 'If you are only listening to the evidencial hypocracies of the facts there in, you are not believing in the metaphoric trancicicties of the truth!'. ...Yes, it did hurt a little writing that... As for his idea of believing in dinosaurs without evidence, they both let it slide. That one, I'd have shoved right up his ass. Too stupid for words. How did he even dial the phone?

Theists are offended by Atheists who think they are stupid. They wonder why we think this. Here is a blatant example for you. I admit, this one seems abnormally ignorant, but not hearing much better answers than this guy's for far more educated people just screams... 'Why the hell would anyone in their right minds believe this crap??'.

Bill O'Reilly & Kirk Cameron On Gay Protesters

---I don't believe in censorship. About 99% of the time, I would fight for someone's rights to speak whether I agree or not. O'Reily, and Cameron are in that one percent that I would shut up given half the chance. There is a difference between stating your opinion and showboating to the masses like Dr Craig. It's the oily smiles on the three of them that just screams LIAR.

On the Death of Christopher Hitchens (and Christians praising him)

--- This is why I have no sympathy for Christians. So much for Christian morality. This asshole just disproved it in one video! Thanks asshole!

As of this morning, the asshole sent me a message, then immediately blocked me. ("Your a cootie head! NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH!!!" *Runs*) Ok, fine. I will address the point here.

@KeithTruth I see, you are one of those "Christian" cults like like the Born Agains that separated from the flock huh? You do realize that every time you reinvent your religion, you pretty much make up a new god to worship? Honestly think about it. As the cults divided over the years, Yahweh has become weaker and weaker. I guess you 'Christians' are starting to learn just how ridiculous the bible is, and interpreting it with a grain of salt, lmao!

Belief. Knowledge. Agnosticism.

I do think it's possible to be a Gnostic Atheist, though the sound of it does bother me. It is perfectly possible to know that a god does not exist, as long as you are specific as to which god you are referring. For instance, certain Monotheistic gods (depending on which cult you are in) have one well known attribute. 'God is and always has been the the one and only god.' This is simply wrong, and CAN be disproven since those gods were originally Polytheistic.

Wednesday, December 14, 2011

Atheists I have a quick question for you....

--I don't speak for everyone. Personally, I've seen so much grief that religion (Not just Chrsitianity) causes, that I feel like bursting with anger and sadness. Though I have no problem disproving the gods, it would not matter to me if they were real. What happens after death is none of my concern. Gay bashing, Witch burning, stoning, genital mutilation... These things have no place in a world without believers, so it is a world without believers that I strive every day to create.

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

--- I garentee this post is going to be deleted at some point, so I am re-posting it here.

I think it's childish to believe in something just because it COULD be true. It's like buying flood insurance for your new house on Everest. Regardless, which god is this supposed to be exactly? Every sect of Christianity has a different version of the same god, to fit every need. This does not make it real. Zeus throws lightning. Lightning exists, so Zeus is real. It makes no sense.

Also, the very fact that apologists and philosophers have to go all the way back to THE BEGINNING OF TIME ITSELF because every other question has already been answered by science proves to me that there is no reason whatsoever to believe in any sort of 'creator'.

---The government won't support religion? You don't say! It's not supposed to, you moron. Church < State. Any kid can pray in school. It is their right as it has always been. SCHOOLS cannot, however, force a child to pray, which is, I believe what you want. President Obama is not attacking religion... I wish he would... Particularly, I think he should be attacking liars like Perry with agendas.

Holy Hallucinations 29

It is becoming clearer now that only creationists come directly from monkeys... Perhaps by just a few generations.

What Evidence Can Prove God? - Atheist Experience 347

---I think it is fairly simple. You can't rule out all gods, but you can disprove many of them one by one. Gods have limits. They are limited to the characteristics that their religions give them. Disprove them, and the god and religion are proven wrong. All Abrahamic religions that believe their god was and is the one and only are wrong because the gods came from polytheism, and manipulated over the millenia. There you go, I ruled out about 80% of the gods. Simple.

Destroying The Internet As We Know It? - M.O.C. #98

Uploaded by LeeCamp2 on Dec 7, 2011

Two bills before Congress could destroy the internet as we know it. But you know the worst part about it? Watch the video... [check out my interview with Janeane Garofalo on the Moment of Clarity podcast on iTunes or www.LeeCamp.net]

Spiritual Warfare

This story is about a Christian movement called the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). After listening to the interview, I no longer have the slightest fear of Islamic terrorism. These Christians are trying to take dominion (Their word, not mine) over the world. Some phrases I kept hearing were spiritual warfare, demonic possession, and end times.

I think I can make an educated prediction. I think the NAR will be the future of terrorism. Read the story. Listen to the interview. This is not something to dismiss.

Jamy Ian Swiss - In Pursuit of Psychics | For Good Reason

As an advisor to the James Randi Educational Foundation, Swiss helped put self-proclaimed psychics to the test on ABC's "Primetime Nightline". He discusses the phenomenon of celebrity psychics and why their claims should be challenged. But are all psychics knowing charlatans? Swiss says no, but even the self-deluded have the capacity to do harm to an unknowing public.

Oxford Atheist Calls Richard Dawkins "Coward" for Not Debating William L...

I honestly don't think that Craig is a believer. I think it's blatantly obvious that he is bullshitting his audience with big words (a few of which are in no dictionary I could find). I wouldn't debate him either. He has no argument, and if one is proposed to him, he intentionally misinterprets it. Look what he did with Scott Clifton. He's a liar, and nothing more. Few true believers are quite that public to begin with.

Darwinian evolution gets peer reviewed!!!

This is a fabulous example of manipulation. Basically, a form of argumentum ad populum, creationists found 300 'scientists' who signed this petition against evolution. Now, let's assume for the sake f argument that they all knew what the hell they were signing (And this in itself is doubt-able to an extent). They found 300 'scientists'.

There are many fields of study in the realms of science from chemistry to astronomy. Exactly how many of these people were biologists or paleontologists? In other words, how many of these people actually had a clue what evolution was about? I'm a computer geek. This doesn't mean I have a damn clue how to build a calculator. A computer is a machine. I also have no clue how to rebuild a cars engine. My vote on whether Audi has the most dependable car is utterly useless.

As for the number... They found 300 names. How many scientists are their in the world? A great many people become scientists in one form or another. I would say that about 60 percent of the planet have jobs in the scientific fields.

Real science had a rebuttal to this, and people created a new petition. They had scientists who were in favor of evolution sign this list. There was a catch, however, and only scientists named Steve (or a variation of this) were allowed to sign, thus giving it the title 'Project Steve'. As of 2011 there has been about 1170 scientists named Steve who have signed in favor of evolution.

75 Years in Prison For Videotaping Police

Does anyone remember when cops were the good guys? What the fuck happened? I seem to recall that people were saying to make recordings of their own encounters so that when a cop beats the shit out of you (Can't we all just get along?) you can have evidence. As it turns out, you can be prosecuted for that alone.

This is America. As Americans we have the right, and the obligation to fight this. What kind of nation do you want your kids to grow up in? I say fight, or get the fuck out of dodge.

My Tram Experience

---I think freedom of speech has very few limits. I do think, however, that shouting racial slurs at people just trying to get home for the night is one of those limits. I can see myself tearing into someone for being a prick or a moron, but verbally attacking people you may never have met before is completely redundant, if not absurdly ignorant. There is a time and place. Have a little class, woman! This also goes for people picketing ANY funeral.

Anyone who believes he was anything other than a Christian is a damn fool.

Why is Richard Dawkins so popular?

---Let's start with the word 'argumentation'... does this word actually exist? As for 'Doctor' (my ass) Craig... Has anyone ever seen a more sleazy human being in all their lives? This man looks like he's about to sell you a lemon with a free air freshener. I wouldn't trust that guy with my wallet.

Feeding the Trolls

---I don't usually feed trolls, but I thought this would look good on my blog. Plus I get to school a moron, so hey, win win.

Moron: A question for atheists. In a world where there's no proof of God's existence or of life after death; how will you explain to your children why you brought them into the world and why they will have to die?

Me: To live, love and be happy. How will you explain to your children that you created them to eventually have a 90% chance of burning in hell for the rest of eternity? Technically, it's more like 99%. How many different Christian sects are there now? Unless you are part of the Cult Of Yahweh, you are in the wrong religion. They were the first to believe in your god monotheistically.

No Apologies - Dogmatic Denial

Uploaded by village1diot on Jan 2, 2011

Is religion to blame for the abuse caused by its church officials and representatives? There seems to be a solid correlation. Whether it is or it is not responsible, the reaction to these crimes from other church officials and even its members has been less than admirable. Some will actually play the "blame game", pointing fingers in every direction, while leaving the victims high and dry. It is yet another slap in the face to humanity by religious representatives.

Sean Faircloth, Naked Ladies and Mormons

---I still don't see how, in an otherwise secular society, religion still reigns over the world like big daddy and his belt. Every freedom, it seems, is just to replace a new injustice brought back after good people stopped it years ago. Of course, I am not speaking of the woman with the nude photos, since she is from a part of the world right out of the dark ages.... or bronze... No wonder those people still believe in their gods... no time has passed since the books were written.

Christopher Hitchens - Christianity is false and immoral

---I do have only one correction, though I think the rest was dead on. Monotheistic religions shame you for sex. Polytheism, as I recall never did. I can only vouch for Wicca, but as I recall, both Greek and Egyptian mythology had no issues with sex whatsoever. To my knowledge, however, every monotheistic religion shames you for it.

More On Angry Atheists - Atheist Experience 506

---What pisses me off the most is when people bring up one argument after another, and you give them answers for all of them, then they bring up 'so who created the big bang?". It makes me want to punch them in the head. Hell, it may do them some good...

Can atheists trust their own minds?

---Naturalism relies on science, The very reason science exists is to seek out truths (which are actually called facts). Yes, the reason why our brains evolved to such a state is due to survival. However, our brains have been altered due to life within societies. The brain itself has not changed much since we learned to speak, but we have changed the way we use it. This is why a child can reassemble a computer while his father can't figure out the little 'mouse thingie'.

I got this as a direct quote from nih dot gov/health/homeopathy.

Sam Harris How difficult would it be to improve the bible?

They should replace the bible with the Neo-Tech Discoveries. It's just as long, just as annoying to read, but is morally superior, and godless. I have no problems with the bible as a work of fiction. It is when people believe in it's nonsense where the problems start. As far as I am aware, no one has ever been tied to a steak and set on fire over Harry Potter.

Interview with an Idiot

---I commented on a YouTube video not too long ago, and had a reply. Annoyed at this reply, I put in my two cents. Someone came to his defense. This is the conversation thus far.

Me: Has anyone else noticed that most of the people who comment against Atheism either can't spell, put a sentence together, or figure out where the hell the caps lock key is? Don't be a fool, stay in school!

The Great Defender: Don't be so hypocritical. I've seen atheists with spelling and grammar errors. Jesus loves you and wants you to be saved.

Me: I have seen a great many Theists speak as though English was their third language. These tend to be people from middle America, given their phrasing. The older ones tend to write more clearly. As for Atheists, you will likely not see such things by anyone over the age of 16. This is because most Atheists (at least those I have known) take education very seriously. This, in fact, tends to be why we leave religion. Knowing really is half the battle.

---Yes, I was a bit snotty. I get irritated. Tell me what you think.

Anti-vax Goes Commercial - The Atheist Experience #735 (full episode)

Matt; "The irony of you exsorsizing your free speech to object to ours, is way thick!" ROFL!

The idea of us all living in our own realities is so ignorant that I just pretend these people don't exist at all. The argument actually reminds me of a book I read as a child called Mr Radagast Makes An Unexpected Journey, in which in a lesson about mind over matter, a group of students will their teacher out of existance. It's a cute book, and a cute idea, but it is a story of fiction, and no one should believe it to be true.

I love the Christian 'theithist'. I don't know if I found him as funny as the people in the background on the set laughing their asses off.

Disproving Evolution in Less Than 3 Minutes

---What do you know... another dishonest monotheist... It's so hard to believe...

Ok... I don't understand genetics at quite so small a level, so I will stick to the real world (oops! sorry!). Have you never seen a dog (furry thing, four legs...barks a lot...)? A long time ago, dogs were bread to maintain specific characteristics, which is what split the gene pool so many times, and why there are so many types of dogs. We see the proof of evolution everywhere we look from pets to plants(yes, even bananas...), even to our own skin colours and body types. This is not difficult to understand.

The fact that this video's comments are censored proves that you are lying to your subscribers.

Evolution is Fact, not just a theory.

---Ok, yes, evolution is a fact. It is ALSO a theory. Please don't make the same mistake that idiot creationists do by misunderstanding the word. The general definition of theory is more like guess or idea, but the scientific definition of theory is far different. A scientific theory has been seriously scrutinized by a great deal of people, all trying their best to have a better idea. Scientific theories have a slew of facts to back them up. This is why Evolution is called a theory, because it is proven.

Stupid in America

---No child left behind = No child has to learn, Personally, I think they should privatize all schools, and abolish all the public ones. This way, you get a choice, ALL schools must fight to survive, and no one gets taxed for it. That might sound expensive for the parent, but the new private schools would have to be cheaper just to compete, like any other business. Oh, and the crappy teachers should be junked with the waste. It is perfectly possible to be an Atheist. What was that guy talking about? A Theist is a believer, and Atheist is a non-believer. It's fairly simplistic really. As for the argument against the Christian god, I have none save for the contradictions in the bible. for gods in general, you must remember their origins. The Abrahamic god for instance is one of a number of polytheistic gods. He was considered the greatest of them, so they turned on the others and eventually forgot them.

Smart little girl challenges athiest teacher

Another lying Christian disabled comments and ratings. Isn't it funny how few Atheists (I haven't found one yet) do this. Anyway, this 'video' story is very childish. The uploader seems to think that Atheists do not believe in his god for no other reason than they can't see it. Well, he makes it sound that way. In reality, he is pretending that he thinks so to make Atheists look stupid.

In reality (what a concept!) Atheists don't believe in gods because there is no evidence whatsoever to prove their existence. We don't have to see a man's brain to know he has one, because we have seen them before, and observe him using it. Also, in most cases, people's religions are contrary to themselves. The bible for instance (since I've not read any other monotheistic texts), has many contradicting stories, and many things defy proven science and morality.

Dillahunty rips a theist part 3

---One of the things I love about life is it's mysteries. There are many questions was very complete answers, and there are many with almost none. The latter are my favorite because you get to seek the answers out. Not knowing an answer is no reason to create one arbitrarily. Remember that the monotheistic gods were once polytheistic. People had gods to answer every question they didn't know the answers to. What makes lightning? Zeus! What controls the ocean? Poseidon! Think for yourself!

Richard Dawkins Slams Bill O'Reilly

---Anyone who thinks that Hitler was an Atheist needs to go back to GRADE SCHOOL. Damn, that man is a moron! As for the founding fathers... Many were Deists, and most of them pulled for a secular society due to the horrific nature of the church where they came from.

Matt Dillahunty owned & exposed

---How exactly has Matt been 'owned' in this video? The bible is being quoted without proof of it's validity. I can find quotes in any book that can show that Jesus himself is evil. It means nothing. Hell, I can quote the bible and show that Jesus was a false profit. Quoting the bible to dismiss someone who is questioning that same bible's validity is completely redundant.

ATHEISTS: "Who Created God?"

---Well, this video allowed me to post, but looking at the posts below me, I doubt seriously it's going to stick, so...

Whether or not it was a god that created the big bang, and I doubt that idea altogether, it could not be the Christian god. Put as simply as I can, the Christian god has a story, and the Big Bang is not a part of it. Biblical scholars have narrowed the chronology of everything to 4000 to 6000 years, at which time, everything was created within a week's time. Either Genesis happened or the Big Bang, not both. If the Big Bang happened, and a god did it, than it was not the Christian Abrahamic god.

Richard Dawkins Is Too Emotional and Dishonest about William Lane Craig ...

---Another liar not allowing responses he doesn't like. So.....

Dawkins was not speaking of that little speech of Craig's. He was referring to the fact that Craig is a Christian and is trying to prove his god's existence. Just because he didn't mention it in that clip (very cute cut and paste by the way), does not mean his goals are any different. As for Craig's point... It's wishful thinking. If I believe that fairies exist, and will protect me.... it does not mean that it's true.

Fox news: What do Atheists do in Crisis?

---2:25 was funny as hell. If someone believes in a spiritual life, does that count for every single religion? Every monotheistic religion believes that all others are fictional. This means that they cannot be 'spiritual'. So the Atheist is obviously wrong.... when speaking of that person's spiritual life, just not the rest of the world. This was quite funny, lol!

Rally for Reason

I want the skeptical/atheist community to as obvious and politically influential as we can be. So I'm inviting everyone to the Reason Rally in Washington DC,
...and the national convention of American Atheists in Bethesda Maryland.

The best 'damned' people will be there!

---Sorry Aron, but the bird stole the spotlight, lol. Too cute! I think we should be trying to find the best of us, and pushing them towards politics. These rallies are a great idea, but I doubt it scares the higher ups. We need bright people that don't believe in unicorns holding office as soon as humanly possible. Maybe with enough of us we can drown out the voices of the lying elite.

AronRa on 'the Con Job"

---I will call a guy a moron if he's a moron, but that doesn't really bother me. What has always pissed me off is some snake oil salesman with a schoolboy's grin blatantly lying to a flock of people too ignorant to know any better. These people tend to have very little money to spare, and they still fork it over to their church. That is the end of the line. About 90% of that money does not go any further than that church. It disgusts me.

Richard Dawkins says he won't debate William Lane Craig

---There is no reason for a scientist to debate a creationist. A creationist omits and manipulates scientific fact, or simply disregards large chunks of it as a whole. Young Earthers are the latter, disregarding several fields of study including geology and paleontology to support why the earth is only 4-6000 years old. Why bother debating someone with science if that person doesn't care about science anyway?

GENESIS Part 10: Evolution leads to Atheism. EXPELLED CLIPS.

--I think the basics of it are obvious. Learning about reality leads to leaving fantasy. It's not rocket science.

The Right to Die

---This was just a quick conversation with a random YouTuber.

Actually, for once, I only partially agree with Criss. I think (though still dependent on age), nothing whatsoever matters in the decision to end your life. I believe that anyone can decide at any point for any reason. Dying is scary enough without red tape.

Mr Random;
Seriously though I don't think those suffering mental illness should be allowed to be euthanised because the rational choice may be influenced or directly changed. Physical pain, okay sure if they're going to die anyway...

The problem with that is mental illness, though sometimes controlled, can't truly be cured. What if someone has an illness which makes him prone to extreme paranoia and fear, and no medication has worked, save to put him in a vegetative state? That leads me to the elderly. At a certain point, many suffer mental illness. How many people do you think would rather die than forget their own children? Just a thought.

The very idea of a young earth is completely idiotic. All evidence is to the contrary, so the very idea is pathetic. Ep 1: Waking Up in the Universe - Growing Up in the Universe - Richard D...

Uploaded by richarddawkinsdotnet on Feb 7, 2009

Oxford professor Richard Dawkins presents a series of lectures on life, the universe, and our place in it. With brilliance and clarity, Dawkins unravels an educational gem that will mesmerize young and old alike. Illuminating demonstrations, wildlife, virtual reality, and special guests (including Douglas Adams) all combine to make this collection a timeless classic.

Discovering Religion: Ep 22 - Moral Absolutes and The Motivation to be M...

--I think it is fairly simple. If you require a moral dictator than you are either insane, fundamentally immoral, or simply too stupid to figure it out for yourself. Growing up a Catholic, I thought that, although Hitler didn't understand the bible, he was a true believer and did what he did out of reverence for his god. When I read the bible for the first time, I realized he was following his bible fairly well, and the bible itself was at fault.

This is the same story in many cases. Any radical religious group that is prone to terrorism is not immoral in reference to the gods that they believe in. Muslim terrorists are perfectly moral according to their holy texts. Christian crusaders were just in slaughtering all those innocent people according to the bible. Those batshit Westbury Baptist people are also perfectly moral according to the bible.

It is the good, peaceful people that are immoral, if they follow an Abrahamic religion. Unless you are killing people for your god, you are corrupt, and defying you're lord and savior.

The only true morality is that of secular logic.

Richard Dawkins Lies About William Lane Craig

Dawkins was not lying. What he said was simply not specific to what he was replying to. Craig's whole purpose is to prove that his god exists, as he's tried to do for years. I have seen him twist words around in someone else argument in order to make it look childish. Search Youtube for Theoretical BS + William Lane Craig. I believe it is the Kalam Cosmological argument.

Atheism, Morality, and Crime

---This video is of me and Edie having a conversation about biblical morality and secular morality, and how the world is changing

No Conflict Between Religion And Science?

---Although I think it is wrong to make the statement that 'no god exists', I think it is perfectly plausible to say, with conviction, that 'this god does not exist'. Give me a being, and add attributes, and I will tell you whether or not it can exist. The modern definition of the Christian god does not, can not, exist. It's own attributes coupled with what we know of reality make this god an impossibility.

"Scientist" says Atheists are misleading everyone

This, along with many other videos I have seen, and emails that I have received directly from Christians proves to me that Christianity should be outlawed if for no other reason than the education of the people.

Christian&Pagan Vs. Atheist

These three work as a representation of myself over the years. I was a Christian first. I read the bible and learned about Christianity, so I turned to Paganism. I then read a book called The Neo-Tech Discoveries and found it intriguing enough to drop religion altogether and become an Atheist.

"Born Again" but "Lost Again" - The Atheist Experience 443

---That man was an asshole. Matt has a tolerance I can barely contemplate no less imitate. I'd have hung up on him within the first minute. As for the question of absolute morality, I think the answer they gave is crap. Of course there is absolute morality, and it has nothing to do with faith. Intentionally causing harm to someone who does not deserve it or cannot defend against it is simply wrong. Personal morality is bullshit, which is why it is so hard to explain.

Blasphemy Challenge

---There is good reason why people are blaspheming on Youtube videos. Just as you believe in your god and devil, others believe in their gods and devils, and Atheists believe in none of the above. You put this video up to try and help people, leading them to your god. Others are also trying to help people by leading them away. Not believing a god exists, Atheists are trying to keep others from falling prey to those who would use your faith against you.

We do not believe in heaven or an afterlife, since there is no proof to that effect. We want people to live their lives the best way they can. We want people to live, love, and enjoy life. We want people to not hate others because they believe something different than them. We want this because we believe that this is the only life we are given, and if it is wasted, there is no second chance.

Dissecting Truth: Creationism versus Evolution

--Comment pending approval...so...

Why do creationists use the same arguments (and yes, I could tell these kids were creationists before either began to talk. Can you say young republican?)? These arguments are simply wrong. Ok, no, there is no precise model of how the universe began (This has nothing to do with evolution by the way, you would know that if you did the work.). There are theories of how it all began, based on evidence that fully supports it. The little bits and pieces that we haven't figure out yet do not point to a god. They point to more research.

The god of the gaps falacy is simply annoying because every conversation goes in pretty much the same way. Think of a huge jigsaw puzzle. There are five pieces missing. Does a god explain this? No. Someone just lost pieces. The conversation tends to go something like this...

"Who made you?"
"No, you're parents. Who made them?"
"..no... your grandparents..."
"My grandfather died before I was born so there is no reason to believe he had any part of it..."
"...so... God did it?"
"I need a drink."

If you believe in it that much, than you should study the faiths that surround it. You would be surprised what you would find.

@skywize I teach by analysis all religions. You would be surprised what you would find. My theological library is linked beneath the video. Just go into the button labeled WATCH OUT FOR WOLVES.
MegaSage007 1 day ago

@MegaSage007 Christian evangelistics is not a theological library. That's the thing. I taught my self about every religion I could find, be it deistic, monotheistic or polytheistic. I was a Wiccan for about five years until I began putting the pieces together. Most of the modern religions are just offshoots of much older ones. Christianity was once polytheistic. Beautiful site by the way. It's simple, but very appealing to the eye, like mine, but mine never looked like that.
skywize 23 hours ago

@skywize Thankyou. But you have more to choose from than evangelism. There are three major menu's. Perhaps you missed them all.
MegaSage007 21 hours ago

@MegaSage007 I saw them. I did not read them all, or I'd still be here all week. The problem is, the whole thing is biased towards evangelism. What you say about Atheists (wolves like myself) is complete crap. Sorry, but you do not need a book to tell you about morality, and Atheists are not trying to attack your god... because we don't believe in him. Also, morality is the very reason I became an Atheist. I see what religion does, and I detest it. Faith seems sweet, but the reality is vile.
skywize 21 hours ago

@skywize said "Faith seems sweet, but the reality is vile." Actually faith is sweet because the gnawing doubts are not there when faith is perfected, but there is a process of obedience to the Word of God for the Light to grow in you up into the spiritual perfection that Christ is, and the Law representing the Moral Code you rejected arbitrarily contains up to 613 perfect laws depending on what applies to the government you live under to guide you to that perfection of the law Christ fulfilled.
MegaSage007 32 minutes ago

@MegaSage007 What I meant is that far too much misery comes from faith. Almost all the wars throughout history were based on faith, mostly Christians against the (Add name here). Faith is eating away at America's education. I have never heard of an Atheist beat up a man for being gay, or burning a child at the stake because she is a Witch. I know there are good Christians out there, and you may well be one of them, but it does not make up for the horrors that causes, and has done for 2000 years.

@MegaSage007 No no. It's so simple to bring up the few, to make a case for the many. I know little about these people, but I don't doubt they were Atheist, so yes, Atheists have waged war as well. The numbers are still staggering against Faith. Just to let you know, calling something I don't believe in 'almighty God' is a tad redundant. I am motivated to find the causes for suffering and eradicate them. If this means faith in the gods, so be it.
skywize 7 seconds ago

@skywize you wrote: “I am motivated to find the causes for suffering and eradicate them. If this means faith in the gods, so be it”

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but this kind of thinking is the cause of suffering you ought to eradicate.

The reason I say this is you could just as easily replace “faith in the gods” with “Jews”, “blacks”, “atheistm”, "science", or “women”.

I hope this helps.

weseeinpart 14 hours ago

@weseeinpart It does not. How exactly can you easily replace those words? I'm not talking about broken hearts and dreams here, I mean suffering. Real suffering. Women don't cause wars (Helena was exceptional...) Science does not cause wars. Blacks don't cause any more wars than whites do. Exactly what did you mean by that?
skywize 13 hours ago

@skywize You wrote: “I am motivated to find the causes for suffering and eradicate them. If this means faith in the gods, so be it”

You reason that because some wars have involved religion, and wars cause suffering, then faith in the gods is a cause of suffering.

This is the same as declaring that because some black people are involved in crime, and crime causes suffering, then black people cause suffering.

Suffering doesn’t require war, as any violent crime victim could point out.

Peace :)
weseeinpart 5 hours ago

@skywize You say you are "motivated to find the causes for suffering and eradicate them." The God of the Bible created good and evil. Are you going to get rid of Almighty God? He has set good and evil before all humanity challenging us to choose to do righteously good in this evil world while providing His Word as a Lamp unto our feet and the holy Ghost to reveal truth to us along the way of our lives as we grow by experience in our trails and testings up into the Spirit of perfection in Christ

The point is: You have reached a stalemate. Mankind is evil as Jesus said we are
MegaSage007 12 hours ago

@skywize After studying your perception of the big picture it is clear you intend to blame the problems of the world on faith in God because we have A PERFECT MORAL CODE believers sometimes enforce indiscreetly. And what you are offering the world to cure it is a complete lack of a any moral code through Atheism which is exactly why I brought Lenin, Mao, Pol Pot & others to your attention but you dismissed them as just a few rotten apples even though they as Atheists each murdered millions.

@MegaSage007 You are being controlled, not by a god, but of the leaders of your cult. If you do not believe me, take a good look at what you have written here and on your website. Take a look at your words, and their groupings. You say "perfect moral code" over and over. You rarely say god, you say "almighty god". These are called triggers. Trigger words or phrases are meant to instill an emotion. Using them over and over is a type of hypnosis.

@MegaSage007 One last bit... The things that you think you know, may not. The things I have heard you say, and that of your website are repeated over and over against non Christians. Every time they are proved wrong, it gets ignored, and a new 'fact' get brought up. It's not a way to prove anything, just a way to search for a subject the opponent knows little about and strike at it. An Atheist's Definition of a "Christian"

---Comment pending approval...so...

The speaker in this video is an utter moron. Hitchen's definition of the word Christian is true even in the most literal sense. If you believe in the Abrahamic god, but don't believe in Christ, or what he did, than you are not a Christian. That is the basis of that word. Christ-ian. That is blatantly obvious. I would assume that would make you Jewish or deistic if I am not mistaken, if you don't take into account any of the other profits.

All Christians are bowing to a false profit anyway. I know little of the others but Christ prophesized the end times WITHIN THE LIFETIME OF THOSE OF WHOM HE WAS SPEAKING. This obviously did not happen. As such Jesus Christ, assuming his existence, is a false prophet.

7 Questions That'll Make Atheists Think!

---Another moron who simply does not get the whole 'reality' thing.

I would love to know why theists constantly go back billions of years to find something that science hasn't figured out yet, and assuming the all important assumption that 'GOD DID IT!!!!" No... It doesn't work that way. Science is not an assumption with facts to back it up. That is Intelligent Design. Science is gathering all the facts and seeing if they lead to a conclusion. Sometimes there is no conclusion. That just means that more facts are needed.

--Why do people still use Pascal's wager? It's wrong. There are many cons to believing, the wager does not take life into account, only death. Believing in a god is very bad, as history can prove. Flip the wager around to life, which can be proven. The most common (I'd say around 80%) cause of war is religion. People don't burn other people at the stake because neither side believes in a god.

Atheist Are Dangerous

--comment awaiting approval... no ratings... Ok, so here goes...

Religion has been a part of every war since it's conception. Christianity has been the most brutal religion, and still is to this day. Exactly how are Atheists, a group of people united against those atrocities, dangerous? Do not bother quoting from the bible to prove your point. That would be idiotic. There is no reason to believe the god of that bible exists. There have been many things in the bible proven to be false.

Internet Troll Faces Jail Time

---People are IDIOTS when it comes to free speech. The freedom of speech should be taken away from you like ANY OTHER RIGHT, if you abuse it. Your right to live or live freely is taken away when you kill someone. Your right to live among the masses is taken away when you harm people. Your freedom of speech should be TAKEN AWAY if you use it in the manner that he did and the WBC does.

If you are attacking the loved ones of the dead by mocking the deceased, you have no right, to have your voice heard. If you stand in front of a funeral chanting that the departed is burning in hell, you should be arrested..beaten... and incarcerated.

Freedom Of Speech Is A Right, NOT A SHIELD!

Hell is Real. I Went There - A Young Girl's Testimony 3 / 3

Uploaded by SpikeNRoxi on Nov 24, 2009

A testimony of a young girl that had a near-death experience and was shown heaven and hell. God brought her back and gave her a second chance.

--ok, I call bullshit. For one, I'd like to see proof this girl croaked. Also EVERYTHING she has said sounds very very familiar. I've heard the same shit from preachers all over the world. There are two scenarios.

1. She really did die, and was brought back by god (and a defibrillator). There have been many people telling tales of the after life and guess what... they all talk about heaven or hell... from THEIR OWN PERSPECTIVE! That's right, if you are a true bible thumper, than heaven and hell look just as they are depicted in the bible, save for interpretation. If you are a lapsed Christian, it looks more like a tunnel of light and lots of dead relatives. Whatever you believe heaven or hell look like can appear to you as your brain gets starved of oxygen. That's the way it works.

2. She's fucking lying. Any idiot can tell people in explicit detail what the after life looks like because they have been told over and over by their church/temple/etc..

This video is a farce.

7 -- The Theory of Evolution Made Easy

---There is something that I do not think that evolutionists understand about creationists, or rather, evolutionists don't understand that creationists don't understand what evolutionists know.....

Forget I said that.... Anyway, creationists think that evolutionists think that evolutions spontaneous within the life of a living animal. Basically, going for a drink and growing an arm. I don't think they understand the whole 'born with it' thing.... which would explain the gay bashing too...

It's kind of like a child seeing algebra and thinking "These letters don't spell anything, so algebra is wrong!"

Christianity Harms Society. Why I Mock Christians

Uploaded by CultOfDusty on Mar 16, 2011

What kind of nation do you get when 8 our of every 10 people believe in fairy tales as if they were reality? You get a nation that puts more people in prison than any other nation in the world. You get a nation that rewards the people who crashed the global economy by giving them hundreds of millions in bonuses. You get a nation were harmless plants are made illegal while drugs like tobacco and alcohol, which kill millions yearly, are perfectly fine. It gives you a nation with more than 18 million empty houses that we won't allow people to live in....

Richard Dawkins Versus Homophobic Christians

---ok, there is no reason to take the bigot witch doctor woman seriously. She says in the full version of this that she quite literally casts out DEMONS. Yeah.... She's got all her cards in one deck..... The possible mayor is simply deaf, and did not understand Dawkins argument. As for the last girl, I agree with her to a point. It doesn't have to be a god, but people tend to need something to latch on to for hope. I personally find that in the universe itself.

--This user,...who has disabled comments and ratings... has made the assertment that Gellar was stating the answer in his ramblings, As the answer was 911, and his rather long answer contained those numbers.

This is a common proof of idiocy in people who believe in fake things. Yes, Gellar spoke the numbers 1 and 19. He also said the numbers 20 (before the 19) and 40, and another 1.

He was not answering anything. This had nothing to do with his fake psychic powers, nor was he trying to make believe it was. This was a random bit of conversation that happened to contain numbers.

However, if you want to believe he was making a prediction, his prediction was 12,019,401. Well done spoon bender!

Holy Hallucinations 26

--I could listen to this guy for hours. I love how he talks.

I like one thing he mentions. He said that Christians worship a 2000 year old book rather than the god described within it. This makes quite a bit of sense. Instead of earning a personal relationship with their higher power through insight and meditation, they try and decode a book that was never encoded to begin with. Instead of learning the truth about their god, they choose to take the word of barbarians from the bronze age who could barely string a sentence together no less have any divine authority.

Brain Washing ( Jesus Camp ''Highlights'' )

Objective Morality vs. Christianity

Uploaded by NonStampCollector on Aug 29, 2011

I don't think that arguing against objective morality, or arguing FOR it but towards a naturalistic source, are the only options. Take a look at what happens when we (even hypothetically) concede that it has a theistic basis! It certainly doesn't do Christianity any favors.

Why couldn't an objective morality simply make sense? Why does looking at morality through the lens of Christianity make such LITTLE sense? Well, it's obvious why - Christianity and its god is nonsense. There could be no clearer sign that Christianity is a man-made bunch of bollocks, than to look at its claims on objective morality. All these special pleadings about context and new vs old covenants are the dying gasps of a belief system that before long won't have anyone even TRYING to make it make sense. You'd be better off trying to argue that Joseph Fritzl is the greatest father that the world has ever known (within a certain context).

Look elsewhere for an objective moral law giver, other than Christianity, for the god that you are convinced must exist. It can't hurt - and the bible has caused enough problems on this planet, with its contradictory and wicked claims and commands. Don't support, or give cover, to those who want us to base our modern societies around that absurd mess of a book. Be honest with yourself, and reject it, as people do who take a real, open, honest look at what it says. It isn't divine, it is appallingly man-made. Man-made as in MALE-made, too, quite obviously.

How Richard Dawkins Destroys Science

I have found another video on YouTube that has disabled comments and ratings. So... I will post it here with the comment I would have posted on YouTube. No one censors me.

Actually, Mr Craig is almost correct. You do not need to explain the explanation for the explanation to be credible. However... Every explanation HAS a further explanation. This does not destroy science, it is how science works. HIS idea that infinite regression is a bad thing, and something to fear is simply childish. If we did not look for explanations, then try to explain how those explanations are true or false, science as we know it would be stagnant.

Even a child knows to continue asking questions. Everyone has heard a child ask a question, then follow it up with a great many "Why?" questions. Obviously, Craig cares less about finding truths and answers than a simple child. Maybe he simply knows it all. Wow. Here is God, right under our noses!

Furthermore, posting a video stating your opinion, then not allowing comments or ratings just screams 'LIAR'.

If Atheist ruled America

--Since ratings are disabled, and comments are pending approval, it is obvious to me that what I say will never see the light of day. So, here is what I posted for all the world to see. I bet it never shows up.

Some countries are communist,... fine. Communism has nothing to do with Atheism. Atheism is a state of non belief in something. What has this to do with a governmental structure? As for the suppression of thinking, the countries with the most Atheist populations tend to be the most advanced technologically, and the opposite is true for Theism. Freedoms are also suppressed most in monotheistic based countries. This video's arguments do not support the facts. Look them up.

The Real God: An Epiphany

Uploaded by DarkMatter2525 on Aug 11, 2011

Because I was constantly being told that I'm rejecting God, and I knew that wasn't true, I decided to research rejection, which made me aware of its effects. My studies took me in a completely unexpected direction. The epiphany (pun intended) was rather shocking. The evidence indicates that the personal god is a manifestation of the ego, which explains a plethora of theistic tendencies, including their typical dislike of atheists, who theists subconsciously perceive to be rejecting a part of themselves. God is Tyler Durden; and the first rule of Jesus Club is you have to talk about Jesus Club. The second rule of Jesus Club is you have to talk about Jesus Club.

Praying for Disaster

Uploaded by Thunderf00t on Aug 12, 2011

So if you're driving across the US and you fancy a spot of radio, in the 'no-where' lands you typically get a choice of country n western, or christian radio.

So yeah, I actually listen to quite a lot of christian radio. It's in this fashion that I've acquired quite a reasonable idea of 'what sells' christianity in america, and it aint pretty.

In the current case, this guy was right in the middle of blaming the Japanese tsunami as divine judgement when I turned on the camera.

However, even on the bit I caught, it's amazing how readily this guy was to exploit millions of unfortunate natural deaths were in fact due to his 'god' trying to communicate, simply to sell his religion. I mean I expect it's possible to go lower, but I'd have to think how.

Pray for Texas, or Laugh at it?

Uploaded by Thunderf00t on Aug 6, 2011

Rick Perry is having a prayer convention to correct the problems that he was too incompetent to solve, and that it was his job to solve!

Now it must be said that Gov. Perry has no faith in prayer to solve anything. I can tell you for certain when he gets a flat tire, his first thought is not 'damn, I must not have prayed hard enough, and the only solution is to pray some more'. Nope, he calls AAA or fixes it himself.

So why does he think, given that prayer is ineffective at solving small stuff, that it can fix big stuff. My guess is he probably doesn't, but it plays well with the unwashed masses of the faith over facts brigade that constitute a significant amount of texas's population, and it's required if the man wants to run for president that he has the backing of the religious right.

However the sad thing is there is a religious right, for who this will be 'That Rick Perry has faith, I should vote for him'.

Which do you think is the most dangerous religion?

If you had to choose one and only one religion to survive, which would you allow?
